A Youth Delegate will be selected for each Member State, he or she will take part in the two sessions in Strasbourg in March and October, actively participating in the debates as the voice of youth. In addition, a small project is to be initiated at local or regional level. The deadline for candidacies is 3 January 2020. The selection is made by the Council of Europe.
